- 2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, cut in little hunks
- 3 eggs
- medium onion
- garlic bread crumbs
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 medium jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cut squash in little hunks; boil for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender (not done).

2In a bowl, take eggs and whip with fork until fluffy.

3Dice 1 medium onion.

4Add the chopped green chilies.

5In a casserole dish, put Cheez Whiz on bottom and sides of dish.

6Put layer of squash; pour some of the egg mixture (eggs, onion and green chilies) over the cheese and squash.

7Repeat layers until all is used up.
