- 2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Cook together, drain and mash the squash, onion and carrots. Mix together soup and sour cream, then add to mashed mixture.

2Put layer of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then a layer of squash mixture.

3Next, drizzle butter over.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
