- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 large skillet of cornbread, crumbled
- 1 large green pepper and onion
- 2 c. cooked, mashed squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Crumble cornbread; mix with melted butter.

2Cook squash with onion and green pepper.

3Mash squash.

4Add sour cream, soup and sugar.

5Put 1/2 of cornbread mixture in the bottom of the pan. Add the squash mixture and the rest of cornbread on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes, or until brown.
