Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. cooked, mashed yellow squash (1 lb.)
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

    Cook squash; mash and drain.

    Combine squash, onion, sour cream and soup.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and top with stuffing that has been mixed with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
