- 2 c. cooked, mashed yellow squash (1 lb.)
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cook squash; mash and drain.

2Combine squash, onion, sour cream and soup.

3Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and top with stuffing that has been mixed with melted butter.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
