  • 3 c. squash, blanched and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste

    Mix ingredients together, then put into a shallow, greased casserole.
