- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

2Let stand 1/2 hour.

3Shape into medium-size meatballs.

4Fry gently in oil, until slightly browned, or place on foil-covered cookie sheet for 1/2 hour at 350°.

5Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
