- 2 lb. squash, cooked in salted water, drained well
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 grated onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Bake at 350° until bubbly. Serves 10 to 12.
