  • 2 lb. squash, cooked in salted water, drained well
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly. Serves 10 to 12.
