- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cook first three ingredients in a small amount of salted water and drain.

2Mix sour cream and soup with vegetables.

3Add butter to dressing.

4Layer dressing, then squash in buttered casserole dish and finish with dressing.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
