  • 2 lb. squash (yellow and zucchini)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 8 oz. croutons or stuffing
  • 1/2 c. margarine

    onion in water to cover and boil for 5 minutes.

    Drain well.

    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Mix
