Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. King sour
  • 8 oz. herb croutons
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. garlic croutons
  • 1 cube butter

Directions

    Cook squash and onion for 10 minutes until soft and drain. Melt butter and place croutons in skillet.

    Place them on bottom of cake pan and save the other half for the top.

    Grate carrots, and mix with mushroom soup, chicken soup and King sour; mix them with squash.

    Grate cheese on top.

    Place Italian bread crumbs on top sparingly and bake 30 minutes at 350° or longer.
