- 2 cans squash
- 1/4 stick soft margarine
- 15 to 20 crushed saltine crackers
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Mash squash and soft margarine with potato masher.

2Add egg (beaten), saltines and sweet milk.

3Salt to taste.

4Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch dish and top with a few more crushed saltines and margarine.

5Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
