Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans squash
  • 1/4 stick soft margarine
  • 15 to 20 crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sweet milk

Directions

    Mash squash and soft margarine with potato masher.

    Add egg (beaten), saltines and sweet milk.

    Salt to taste.

    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch dish and top with a few more crushed saltines and margarine.

    Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
