- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 box herb stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onions 5 minutes. Mix soup and sour cream, fold in squash and onions.

2Combine stuffing and butter.

3Spread half in baking dish.

4Spoon vegetables on top.

5Sprinkle stuffing over top.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
