Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. cooked squash, drained well
  • 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs, seasoned with a dash of pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place in a greased casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 250° oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 6.

    Optional: Cheese sprinkled on top.
