  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning crumbs
  • butter or margarine

Directions

    Drain squash, mash and add sour cream, soup, carrots, onion, salt and pepper.

    Put a layer of this mixture in baking dish. Then one of crumbs.

    Repeat.

    Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
