- 3 c. cooked squash (yellow)
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 large carrots, grated
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Melt 1/2 of oleo and stir in 1/2 of stuffing mix.

3Mix squash with carrots, soup, sour cream and onions.

4Pour in baking dish.

5Top with remaining oleo and stuffing mix.

6Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
