  • 3 c squash
  • 3/4 c chopped onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 2 c bread crumbs
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4-6 chopped squash
  • onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Boil squash, onion, and butter.

    Drain and add soups, sour cream, and salt and pepper.

    Crumble cornbread into mixture and bake until brown.
