  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (mild)
  • 2 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. herb flavored croutons, crushed

    Slice and boil squash until done.

    Drain and mash.

    Add all remaining ingredients and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
