- 6 c. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 small box sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender; drain.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Mix with squash and onions.

4Mix melted oleo with stuffing; line casserole, saving some to garnish top.

5Combine all other ingredients and pour into casserole.

6Top with stuffing. Bake in 350° oven until bubbling and brown.
