- 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pepperidge Farm dressing with herb
Directions

1Mash squash.

2Add onion, carrot, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.

3Mix well.

4Butter casserole.

5Sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs in bottom of casserole.

6Add squash mixture. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Serves 6 to 8.
