Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing with herb

Directions

    Mash squash.

    Add onion, carrot, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Butter casserole.

    Sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs in bottom of casserole.

    Add squash mixture. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serves 6 to 8.
