- 6 yellow squash
- onion (according to individual taste)
- approximately 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 handful Ritz crackers
- milk (until pretty damp)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- cheese (however much you like)
- pinch of salt
- sprinkle or 2 pepper
Directions

1Boil squash and chopped onion to desired doneness; remove from heat.

2Add remaining ingredients, crumbling the crackers very fine.

3Add a little grated cheese to the mixture, reserving some for the top.

4Mix and pour into casserole dish; top with grated cheese and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
