  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing, seasoned

Directions

    Slice squash and boil until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients and about 2 cups dressing mix or more. Mix together. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle top with more dressing mix. Bake at 325° until bubbly.
