- 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. onion (cut fine)
- 1/4 c. margarine
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine squash, onion, egg, margarine and milk.

2Layer in casserole dish with cracker crumbs.

3Cook until set, about thirty or forty minutes at 350°.

4Top with cheese when done and return to oven until cheese melts.

5Serve at once.
