  • 1 1/2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. onion (cut fine)
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine squash, onion, egg, margarine and milk.

    Layer in casserole dish with cracker crumbs.

    Cook until set, about thirty or forty minutes at 350°.

    Top with cheese when done and return to oven until cheese melts.

    Serve at once.
