  • 1 lb.of bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice
  • 3 cups of chopped celery
  • 3 cups of chopped carotts
  • 2 cups of chopped onions
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Cook rice per package directions.

    Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.
  3. 3
    Cook bacon in large skillet.Drain off about half of the fat.Steam the vegetables until soft and then mix with rice.Finally you can add soy sauce to it,and BAM!!!!
