- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice
- 3 cups of chopped celery
- 3 cups of chopped carotts
- 2 cups of chopped onions
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice per package directions.

2Cut bacon into bite-size pieces.

3Cook bacon in large skillet.Drain off about half of the fat.Steam the vegetables until soft and then mix with rice.Finally you can add soy sauce to it,and BAM!!!!
