  • 8 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • dash of Tabasco

Directions

    Cook squash and onion 5 to 7 minutes in small amount of water. Drain and coarsely mash. Mix in other ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
