- 6 c. yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 8 oz. seasoned bread crumbs (package or homemade)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In large saucepan, cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Add drained squash and onion.

4Mix in bread crumbs and cheese.

5Spread into buttered casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
