- 2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine sliced squash, onion, salt and pepper.

2Simmer small amount of water for 30 minutes.

3Drain; add eggs, butter, flour, milk, cheese and salt.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Serves 6 to 8 people.
