Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento
  • 1 pkg. herb dressing

Directions

    Cook squash and onions; drain.

    Mix with other ingredients, except dressing.

    Melt 1 stick margarine with dressing.

    Put half of dressing on bottom and then pour in squash mixture.

    Then put rest of dressing on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
