- 2 lb. fresh squash, cooked in salted water
- 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix together squash, onion, chicken soup and sour cream.

2Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.

3Mix all stuffing in squash, except a small amount to sprinkle on top before putting in oven. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
