Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fresh squash, cooked in salted water
  • 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix together squash, onion, chicken soup and sour cream.

    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
  3. 3
    Mix all stuffing in squash, except a small amount to sprinkle on top before putting in oven. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
