  • 2 c. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. American cheese, shredded
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mix well all ingredients, except the crackers.

    Place in baking dish.

    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

    Bake in a 325° to 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
