Squash Casserole

  • 2 cans Allen's sliced squash
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 large pan corn bread

Directions

    Saute onion and butter.

    Drain squash leaving about 1/3 of its juice in each can.

    In large bowl, mix together onion, squash, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper and garlic powder with corn bread.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until done.

    Cheddar cheese may be added on top.

    Cook for about 5 more minutes if desired.
