Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pkg. stuffing (4 oz.)
  • 3 c. yellow squash
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (2 oz.) can pimento

Directions

    Cook and drain squash.

    Drain and chop pimento.

    Melt margarine and stir in stuffing.

    Line a 2-quart dish with 1/2 of mixture.

    Mix other ingredients and spoon on top of stuffing in dish.

    Cover with balance of stuffing and bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
