- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 2 lb. cut up cooked squash
- 1 chopped pepper
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter and stir in stuffing.

2Put half mixture into baking dish.

3Mix squash, pepper, carrot, onion, soup, and sour cream. Pour into dish and cover with remaining stuffing.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
