- 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until partly done; drain.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Combine sour cream and soup.

4Add to squash. Put half of the squash mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup stuffing over mixture.

5Add rest of squash mixture. Cover with rest of stuffing.

6Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
