Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. squash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender, 15 minutes. Drain and mash lightly. Beat the eggs with the butter, sugar and salt.

    Mix with the cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
