- 6 c. yellow squash
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together.

2Combine the carrots, sour cream and soup in another bowl.

3Mix the butter and dressing together.

4Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 dressing mixture. Drain squash well and mix with soup mixture.

5Place on dressing. Top with remaining dressing and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
