- 6 c. squash
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c cheddar cheese, grated
- 17 oz herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge is best)
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Cook squash and onion then drain.

2Combine soup and sour cream, then carrots.

3Mix with squash and onions.

4Melt margarine in skillet and coat stuffing mix.

5Spread half of the stuffing mix in a 9 x 12 cake pan.

6Add vegetable mixture then cheese.

7Top with remaining stuffing mix.

8Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
