- 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil squash in salt water until tender; drain well.

2Melt butter.

3Mix in salt and pepper; set aside.

4Add all ingredients and 1/2 package of stuffing to squash.

5Mix in butter mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Top with remaining stuffing.

7Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
