  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. onion, diced fine
  • 1 pt. fresh squash, diced
  • 1/2 c. cheese

Directions

    Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and onion.

    Place squash in buttered casserole.
