Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 small yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender, then drain.

    Mix other ingredients into squash mixture until of custard consistency.

    Put in buttered casserole.

    Sprinkle buttered Ritz crackers on top of casserole.

    Freeze or bake at 400° for 50 minutes.
