Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 squash (yellow)
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs (cheese crackers are good)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook squash with onions.

    Drain.

    Add remaining ingredients and place in casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Zucchini may also be used in place of yellow squash.
