  • 2 1/2 c. diced squash
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2/3 c. margarine
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Boil vegetables, margarine and water for 5 minutes.

    Combine in a casserole with remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, adding water, if needed.
