- 1 medium size can sliced pineapple
- 1 medium size can peach halves
- 1 medium size can pears
- 1 medium size can apricots
- 1 jar red apple rings
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sherry (Taylor's Cream)
Directions

1Drain fruit well.

2Arrange in layers in a buttered casserole. In double boiler mix brown sugar, flour, butter and sherry.

3Cook until smooth and thick. Pour over fruit.

4Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

5Prior to serving, bake uncovered at 350° until hot and bubbly.
