  • 1 medium size can sliced pineapple
  • 1 medium size can peach halves
  • 1 medium size can pears
  • 1 medium size can apricots
  • 1 jar red apple rings
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sherry (Taylor's Cream)

Directions

    Drain fruit well.

    Arrange in layers in a buttered casserole. In double boiler mix brown sugar, flour, butter and sherry.

    Cook until smooth and thick. Pour over fruit.

    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

    Prior to serving, bake uncovered at 350° until hot and bubbly.
