Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized squash
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 small onion
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 6 to 8 crushed saltine crackers
- 1 small bag dressing
Directions

1Slice squash and onion; add teaspoon of salt.

2Cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

3Drain and mash.

4Add butter, sour cream, soup, pepper and crushed crackers.

5Pour in buttered casserole dish.

6Top with grated cheese.

7Sprinkle dressing on cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
