  • 2 c. yellow squash, cooked and well drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
