Squash Casserole

  • 6 to 8 yellow squash (sliced)
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. velveeta cheese (chopped in cubes)
  • 1/2 half roll Hi-Ho crackers (crushed)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup pet milk

Directions

    Cook squash and onions, drain and mash. Add cheese, eggs, butter and crushed crackers. Mix well and put in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until firm in center.
