Ingredients
- 6 small squash (yellow)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Wash squash and slice or chop.

2Add onion and sugar and boil in small amount of water until tender.

3Drain well and let cool.

4Stir in slightly beaten egg, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano.

5Pour into buttered baking dish.

6Top with stuffing mix and dot with margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
