- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
Directions

1Steam squash until tender with onions and butter.

2When tender, mash and add rest of ingredients.

3Mix together; season with salt and pepper.
