Squash Casserole

  • 4 c. cooked squash
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 large pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook and season squash and onion together.

    Stir carrots, soup and sour cream into cooked mixture.

    Melt margarine; put in dressing mix.
  4. 4
    Add mixture to remaining ingredients.

    Save some Pepperidge Farm mix for top.

    Cook at 350° until done.

    Makes 3 small casseroles.

    Freezes good.
