Squash Casserole

  • 1 lb. squash
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Lightly grease 2 qt. baking dish. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Add more cheese and crackers crumbs on top (as much desired) and spoon remaining soup over top. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
