Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
  • 1 c. diced cheese
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. minced pimento
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place all of this in greased casserole dish after you mix it well.

    Put dish in pan of hot water; bake until firm at 350°, approximately 1 1/2 hours.

    This can be frozen and baked later. Add extra cooking time if frozen.
